2. Can I update my location on mobile?
Yes. Log in on any browser or our mobile-friendly site, tap Locations, drag the pin or enter your address, then Save. Changes go live instantly.
3. How do I manage my menu?
Go to Your Truck → Menu. Add, edit or delete items, upload photos, set prices, then Save. Your digital menu updates in real time everywhere.
4. How do I collect and respond to reviews?
Customers post ratings on your truck page. In Your Truck → Reviews, you can read, approve or reply. Showcase top reviews to boost credibility.
5. Can I take event bookings through the platform?
Yes! Enable Booking Form under Your Truck → Settings. Customers submit date, location & guest count. You get inquiries by email and in your Dashboard.(for Pro Plan only)
6. What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) via Stripe. Need an invoice for annual or lifetime plans? Request it from Billing.
7. How do I cancel or change my plan?
Go to My Account → Billing, then choose Change Plan or Cancel Subscription. You keep access until your current period ends.

Absolutely. In My Account → Trucks, add or switch between multiple listings, each with its own settings and analytics.

Instantly. As soon as you save your truck’s info, it’s live on the map and searchable by users.
11. Is my data secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption, GDPR-compliant storage and adhere to best practices. Your truck info and customer data are protected.
12. How can I optimize my listing for visibility?
